I Just picked up this rust free gem from a friend out in California. Im really excited about it and a rust free anything is a Big deal around my area. So i just thought i would throw up some pics and Say hello and i will be keeping this thread up with updates about improvements i will be making.

Grats I'm jealous, that's is a nice little gem you picked up. You came to the right place to show her off, and if you ever need help, these guys have it covered. Hows the interior look ? How many miles. My 81 has almost 400K on it and still runs fine, amazingly. But yours looks much nicer. Any plans on Mods or updates ?

Its a 79 has 157,000 miles. the interior is nice in the front .. nice seats all nice carpet and but all the molding and plastic are gone for the rear section.. the wheel well covers and the tail light molding cover. The wheels are 15x7.5 konig b.bombs with new tires
As far as mods I was thinking preformance lowering springs or possibly adjustable coilovers. I have a set of Pro Car racing seats and maybe a motorsports roll bar. I am for sure putting on the tinted headlight covers. The Car already has strut tower braces front and rear.

OK heres whats going on. The previous owner had the stock r200 go bad on him and he had a r180 sittin around so he stuck that in there .. He mentioned something about its rubbing on the body somewhere and it just needs a spacer installed. The way he described it there is a plate under the carpet that needs to be pulled out and i will understand exactly whats going on .. anyone know what he means .. Im pullin a dummy card on this one .. im lost. i think i found the plate but i cant get up .. and i cant find anything in the service manual .. ADVICE PLEASE
