its fine dont be a baby. lol, if its not mixing any more then just go with it, 30 seconds without oil practically wont do anything, well not really but still.

LOL...well, it did have oil, just not the right viscosity

Really the only thing I've heard that it can do is gum up everything, but my guess is because of how quickly you caught it, you should be alright. It'd be some lubrication rather than no lubrication anyway.
