My Z is alive again!!

As you can see I just got done taking him around the block. I am so stoked right now. I am getting a 3 day permit for now. And he should pass emissions Monday. He is running like a champ, minus the little antifreeze leak on a hose. Just dripping, but I will take care of it tomorrow. I have to take quite a shower, because of the gear oil all over me, and in my hair. Oh well it was friggin' worth it. Now I have something else under my belt. I can now do a clutch job.

Thanks man, I am quite happy right now. So you got your 240z running again? Or are you talking about in the past? Anyway I am getting ready to go relax, and sing my lungs out. I am so sore it isn't even funny.

Thanks Zman, and don't worry you all will know, when I pass emissions. I don't see why not, because he is running like a champ!

Thanks guys, much appreciated. And sorry Shady, I don't have the money. But I am pretty sure next year I will be there. Also thanks entrophy for the support on the smog. I think I will be allright, we will see Monday. And if I do pass, I will be motivated to finish my interior, and the things I want to do with my scheme, on the body and such.

And a big thanks to you Rod, you have been one of the biggest influences on me, and this Z project. But I am not taking any credit away from all the rest of you, that have been there for me. And giving me the support, and encouragement I needed. You all ROCK Z bro's!!

I just got it all put back together thursday. New intake/exhaust manifold gasket, new carb spacers, new header, new electronic ignition, various new hoses and clamps and all new custom exhaust!

The thing runs like a beast now and sounds like it's running the front straight at Laguna Seca!

Oh, it still needs interior, paint, air dam and spoiler. It's my 'NEXT' project.

My 280ZX Turbo is also still in the shop... for 15 months now... That's the 'really' nice one...
