Bondo work: DONE.

Primer work: DONE.

Re-assembly: DONE.

Driven for first time in two years: DONE.

fun fun man. you know primer is poris though right? it'll absorb contaminations while driving and need to be taken completely off before painting, if you want to ensure the best paint adhesion possible.

Yeah, it's not going to be really driven much though. But at least I can pull the POS in and out of the garage when I want to now

Just the few miles I drove it today were a stark reminder that it is in fact a 30 year old sports car. Civilized... It's not.

In fact, it's quite loud, rude and obnoxious. It rides like a truck with a load of bricks on four flat tires. You can't hear yourself think while it's moving... Come to think of it, I think I might just remove the stereo since now that the amp and subs are gone... I can't hear it over all the racket the car makes.

It's a pretty OK neighborhood

But didn't you notice that the ground was wet? It actually had the audacity to RAIN here today!

Too bad I didn't know when you were nearby, I'd have taken you for a spinless spin in the fast car.
