only way to fix a tweaked frame is to take it to a body shop and have it put up on a machine. most shops have a machine that fastens the car in place while the machine pulls on the frame w/ chains and tweaks it back. but, they'll only do it if the integrity of the frame isn't compromised. you may be s.o.l. if the damage is too bad.
