Leaks!

I have leaks on the windows of my ZX coupe. On the passenger side, it drips slowly (either down the window or onto the seat) right where the T-Top connects with the car. and on the drivers side, it leaks in about halfway down the windscreen pillar.

Its extremely annoying, I dunno what to do. I'm alredy tried adjusting the windows and what not.

There is a set of shims under the hooks for the T-Top. You can try to pull the smallest shim and see if it "mashes" the seal together to stop the leak. Also many peeps have used Vasaline on the seals and had some luck. I'm not sure what the Vas does but it seems to work.

This is a common problem for all t-topped cars. The seals wear, crack, and crumble after time. My solution is never washing my car, nor drive when it's wet out.

I had a buddy w/ an 81 Pontiac Grand Prix T-Top. He used a black urethane liquid gasket maker to fill in the cracks & missing pieces.
