Question how much of a '84 300zx will fit on my '83 280zx

I got a non-running 1984 300zx for a few hundred bucks and was thinking of scavenging it to "upgrade" my 280zx.. I see right off the bat it has 5 lugs that I would want but I have no idea of fitment. Would they directly bolt in? In general I would like to know how much of this 300zx I can use before I start messing around.

I would like to know also. Engine, trans, rear, brakes, seats, wheels?

Is the 84 a Turbo or NA?

looks like a turbo

it has the rear fin and it looks like 5 lug wheels, could very well be a turbo.

It's a NA. the wiring is a rats nest, the interior is beyond reasonable wear. It is 5 lugs, I am mainly hoping to use those on my 280zx. possibly the brakes and some other items? Heads up before wasting time on trying to fit stuff would be great.

Thanks

No body parts will fit.

Frank280zx did a Z31 5-lug swap on his 280zx (REQUIRES A LOT OF FABRICATION AND SUSPENSION KNOWLEDGE): https://www.zdriver.com/forums/240z-...-issues-18653/

You can swap over the entire EFI system: https://www.zdriver.com/forums/240z-...cu-swap-24434/

That's about it.

Rear diff but they are nothing special unless you can track down a turbo LSD. The exception might be that you can use the Z31 diff and swap in an LSD pumpkin from a S13 with less modification than a S130 diff? Also the CVs might be of use. Dunno if they swap in place of the S130 stuff but I know the 240Z guys use them on occasion.
