He's replacing the electronic boost controller with a manual one? What an idiot. $100 would be a good deal, but tell him you did a bunch of research and they are going for $50 these days.

only reason you would go to manual is, well hell i dont know why... mabe he wants his lotto ticket holder back

have you seen those custom glove boxes just to hold a boost controller for 240sx's? guess people never heard of double sided tape? hell gorila glues better than $500

I've been using my Profec B-Spec III for a little bit now and I love it. The control box is really small, and I used the double sided tape to mount it down on the side of the center console. It was a quick, I'll put here thought that I turned out to really like.

It's kind of hidden, but enough so that I can see it and adjust it easily. I was going to use Nismo's idea of in the little center arm rest box, but I was in a hurry and just slapped it there.

A quick 20 second search on Greddy's website revealed this:

The boost controller is easy to hook up. If you can install a boost gauge, you can you install a boost controller. Same concept, except you have vacuum lines intercepting the wastegate's signal rather than just reading manifold pressure like a gauge does.

there is a line comingout of the middle unit looked like it should be hooked up to a boost gauge or right in the middle of the lines of the " in " and out "box ? darn im kinda confused.

I think there is a small vacum line in the middlebox that does need to be hooked up " t " spliced into the intake manafold. I wonder if i should splice it into my boost gauge hose ?
