With my 81 n/a I ran a 16.429 at autoclub dragway in Ontario, CA. Only had a cold air intake, msa header and exhaust, at the time I had one of the crane cams electronic ignition modules (didn't last very long).

Frank, it's crazy seeing how much you've improved your Z! At the 2009 West Coast Z Car Nationals we were the only two guys running 280zx's at the racing event. You just got your Z at that point!

Nice historic thread. But all you guys got it wrong!! In my pre-marriage days at Import fusion nights and the Carlisle Pa drags I made passes at 18s but I won with the most foot marks on the windshield. Its a ZX and in drags shes the fat sister @ the ball. But hell even fat chicks got pretty faces.

Has Zdriver chat ever worked ?, says I need the plugin, but I have, have never been able to use the chat, so its my conclusion it does not work, btw, I don't use MS IE explorer, I use the 64 bit firefox version "Nightly"

Back in 2006-2008 we had huge chat parties... that was back when we had 50-100 active members on here every day. Since the rise of Z related FB groups, forums have become the write-up and data storage for Z shtuff.
