Coilovers

Hey guys I was digging around making plans for my Z after I come back from afghanistan next year and I found these coilovers:

Has anybody ever heard of the K sport brand or used these before? I'm most likely just getting the tokico advance handling package from shox.com. Thanks guys. Ya'll take it easy. L8rZ.

I've heard of KSport before, but I highly doubt any company would make an actual coilover kit for the 280ZX (since it would have to include the spindle).

It is possible to adapt 240SX coilovers to work on the stock 280ZX spindle though... which is what I'm going to do

It is a bit strange that they don't have actual pictures. You can buy weld-on kits for a lot less and do minimal work to your struts to install.

I don't really like my setup that is similar to that one, although I'm pretty sure the spring rates are off on my car...

What I don't like is even as high as my car is, I only have about an inch of suspension travel, and I'm sure I'm going to wear my shocks out at an amazing rate, but I do it in order to be low :P

Modern Motorsports also has a decent looking set of coil overs I've been drooling over...

I asked Dave about doing stuff for the 280ZX but I haven't heard back from him yet.

It almost looks like they'd work the same way as 280ZX coilovers, except you'd have to use 240SX/280ZX upper mounts.

just wish they weren't so long, looks like it'd have a problem putting the car on the ground with that long of a shock tube...

Actually, they're 240SX coilovers would probably be easier to convert over to the 280ZX...
