I've never seen a picture of a zx without that plastic or stainless piece on the B pillar - what's behind there, anyway? Obviously nothing pretty or you would think those would come off if you're going for the clean no-trim look.

 

What's behind there? It's actually a secret compartment... Nissan didn't want anyone to know about it. They actually filled it w/ leprechauns... Looky:

 

Gosh, maybe I should look on mine. Since the car's from 1983, maybe there'll be an old plastic bag full of blow.
