Bloody Budget (gas Pain)

Lots of gas stations down here, Not thinking right, found myself looking both ways, risking a fender bender or a multi trip to the chiropractor due to multiple neck bending in the search of cheaper gas and then Bingo!! 2.76 turn around, proceed to fill up and reality sets in..What a waste of good time! , gas is so freaking ridiculous high ; 15 cents saving only ad up to misery, I want gas at 1.59 Now!
Then I found myself doing 55 cruise control ON for two weeks in a row, a total saving of 20 % and deprived of the best time of my life: commuting at 80-90 (100% highway) for now on lunch time will be bananas! Can’t do 55

I gave up caring about gas prices about a month ago... it's only gunna get worse, so right now's not the time to get upset. Sell your gas hogs & get prepared.

3.9 with a four speed manual. How's that for a gas hog. Oh and it runs rich cause of an exhaust leak But I can't complaing too much, atleast I got the Protege to commute in for now.

Heh, I just bought a Mazda3 a couple days ago to be my commuter/"practical" car. Coincidentally enough, another Bay Area Z guy recently bought a Mazda3 also. Haha, seems like Z guys are likin' the Mazdas for commuters. ^^

Fun n savings don't mix, my V8 92 camaro doing pathetic slow highway speed makes 25 mpg but at 80-90 drop to 18 the beloved Datsun will go from 27 to 18 in the same conditions, double the engine same efect....
