Baby needs a new set of shoes!

Well... I finally had to break down and get some new rubber for the Z. Since my suspension is shot to hell (probably still the stock set up under there for all I know), my fronts wear really hard on the inside edge. Rears wear pretty even.

Anywho... With a limited budget (hey, at least I HAD a budget this time) I ran down to the local America's Tire (Discount Tire elsewhere in the USA) to see what they had, 'cause I'm pimpin' 14s. Decided on a set of Kumho Solus KR21 @ $56 each. Now, while they're not the grippiest things you can buy, it is a vast improvement over what was on there. Sections of the highway that used to throw me around are now not much more than a bump. The crazy shimmy I had in the steering...gone. Taking a cloverleaf to get on the highway at 50mph doesn't even squeal the tires. Yep, I'm a happy camper. So, if you're on a budget and need a set of decent tires, I recommend these. Besides, one can't be too picky when rollin' 14s.

I get a little shimmy too but only while I am between 50 and 65 mph...my tread look okay but maybe I overlooked them. I guess I need tires also (Gotta make a budget ). You guys suspect anything else??
