Time for a huge service, what to change?

Hey guys my 79 na is coming up for 200,000km or 125,000mi service.

What should i look at changing? i'm on the other side of the world so going to try order it all in one big hit. Liquids and filters i can get from over here easy enough but what other bits should i order? Seeing if i can inject some life back into it also. would love a turbo but just not feasible at the moment so seeing what i can do to perk up the n/a.

What i can think of:
Engine oil and filter
Gearbox oil
Diff oil
Coolant
NISMO 0.6MM head gasket
Timing Chain
New Plugs (most probably go iridiums again)
Service injectors

then for a bit of fun Cusco strut bars front and rear.

anything else these things need or that I can do to perk her up a bit?

Unless you blew the headgasket or killed the timing chain, those things don't need to be replaced at 125k miles. That, along w/ iridium spark plugs would be an absolute waste of money. Buy the stock NGK's.

The rest of your list sounds good...
Transmission fluid
Motor oil change
NGK plugs
Cap & rotor
O2 sensor

... of course you'd only replace those IF they look like they need to be.

Does the car still run good / strong?

Ever heard the expression "If it ain't broken don't fix it" off-course do maintenance but don't change what is working strong or close to strong

Fluids, plugs, wires, cap and rotor, run a bottle of injector cleaner through the fuel system and call it a day.

only recently did cap and rotor for the hell of it so they have no more then 6k miles on them. leeds ar no more then 2yo either.

what mileage should i do the gasket and timing at then?

only wanted to do gasket to get a little more compression in to add a few hp,anything else i can do for it? or should i just put the money into a MS?

When the gasket fails, thats when. which is like next to never so long as you take care of your Z lol

I would go more for the MS then just changing the gasket to a thinner one. my z was at 180K miles and then it sucked up a ton of water and blew the gasket out. But before that it ran strong! so you dont have much to worry about there. its not a 300ZX
