Is the ecu getting power?
Check green LED light in the ecu inspection hole.
Check fusible link.

And download the FSM from www.xenons130.com/reference

After that is all done and everything checks out Preform a EFI test and primary ignition test then the distributor. Your problem is must likely ECU like NismoPick said, or it will lie in the above.

Have you tried jumping starting you car lately or taken out the battery?

P.S If your ECU unit is fried I have one if you need it

If i spray starting fluid in the car it will run for as long as im spraying the fluid.. i would assume that means the distributor is fine?
Where is the fuse able link at? And how do you check it?
Also the efi test?

Sorry for all the questions im new to the 280 troubleshooting pl

This means you aren't getting fuel... So is your fuel pump kicking on? What's the fuel pressure?

Did you do this? The FSM / Haynes clearly covers all these topics.

The turbo L28ET doesn't have a cold start plug... did you mean Air Regulator?

Green / black wires don't go to anything.
