You could always get out that trusty measuring tape and find out. I'm sure someone has the specs for 350z springs online.
I doubt many people have thought of this, because 350z springs are probably double the price as anything for the 280zx... (just my assumption).

http://www.shox.com has good prices on aftermarket springs for both the 350Z and 280ZX
