Not much is really used. The brakes are different front and rear. Maybe the brake rotors are the same, but I'm not sure. The steering is different. The motor is smaller, but I suppose it would work. You can bolt it up to the transmission of the 82. The interrior is different, all body parts are very different.
I would say no, a 260Z is not a good parts car for you. Try to get only a 1982-83 280ZX. 2+2 or turbo would also be ok, and close enough. The 1979-81 280ZX would be a good car to get for parts too, but they have very slight differences between your 82. At least 90% of the parts would work though. Much better than a 260Z.
