Hello Everyone,

I'm a new 300zx owner and a new member to this forum. I found out that my 300zx Twin Turbo has a broken Idle Air Control (IAC) and I'm looking for a replacement part. Will an IAC from a non-turbo 300zx fit a turbo 300zx?

 

They are all the same. I would recommend cleaning it before replacing it though.

 

My car was having very rough idling issues and even shuts off after a minute or so of jumping between 0RPM - 0.5RPM. My friend's dad is a mechanic and he did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and told me that my IAC needed to be replaced. Therefor I went on a search for the replacement, but I can only find IACs for Non-Turbos. I guess from what you say that they are 100% interchangeable?

 

Yes, they are the same part.
