240sx throttle body spacer trouble

I'm having trouble finding somewhere that still sells the spacer needed to use the 240sx throttle body. Both Arizona Z and pallet from hybrids.org are no longer making them. If someone could help that would be great.

Any machine shop should be able to do it. I don't remember exactly how long they needed to be (someone else??) but it wasn't very hard to do it. Just needed some additional length put on the intake side, 4 bolt holes and the middle.

find you a spacer for just a 240sx on ebay. 1 inch spacer for the vortex effect (which doesnt really do anything) I use to have pallnet spacer laying in storage somewhere. If i find it i will put up dimentions. Maybe MSA sells? You could convert your setup to a cabel setup instead of a linkage. Then you wouldnt need a spacer. Still have to bore your intake 60mm to get the whole function of a bigger throttle body.

I had a machinist neighbor make mine. I just gave him the stock TB and the 60mm one and he made the adapter all pretty for me.

x2. Probably the easiest solution.

x3 on the intake neck porting... and converting to a gutted turbo AFM. Otherwise you are just pushing the bottleneck around.

Awesome I'll look into that guys, thanks for the quick reply. And yeah don't worry the intake has already been ported and I'm running the z31 swap.

I bought one from Grays a while ago. Just recently made my own with a piece of 1/2" aluminum, a drill press and a hole saw.

So its a 1/2 in spacer not an 1in spacer?
