1 fast 280zx
So guys i got good news and bad news.... start with the bad first. My best friend Rosario was killed in a car accident a little over 2 months ago. He was driving my S10 to work and hydroplaned and hit a Cadillac head on. He taught me everything i know about cars in general and mostly about the love of a Z car.
Anyway to get back on subject here i'm proud to annouce that i'm now another owner of yet another turbo 280zx. I bought his car after his death from his dad. with no motor. Luckily i helped him wire it up about 3 years ago and only had to go back through my notes to figure out how to get it to fire again but with the new motor in and it running its time to make her faster than she was, i hope. Car is a legend around here, It ran 7.32 at 96 mph in the 1/8th on stock computer and stock injectors.... how he didn't blow it at that point i'll never know i guess its a secret he took to his grave. But as soon as i get some pictures i'll be sure to post some up. Thanks

no lucky i wasn't otherwise i would have been killed also... only reason he was driving my truck was because since i bought my z32 i've been driving it to work as a daily driver, and his 93 z32 convertable was in the shop because he had just gotten his twin motor put in and found a turbo was bad... Spent 2 weeks with me and him putting that motor in, even though it only took him 45 minutes to pull it. and never got to drive it. When i got to the shop that night after being at the hospital his car was backed in with the hood up like he was going to work on it after he got off work that night. My truck though you can see the back of the motor in the firewall, gas pedal is above the brake pedal, transmission can be seen though the transmission well, dash is broke apart, steering wheel broke except the center post, shifter is halfway through the seat, and the cab of the truck is sitting on the ground with all 4 tires pumped up... made that stupid truck into a "U". But yea soon as i get the bottle filled up i'll have to head to the track to see if i'm anywhere as good as a driver as he was, but hell he'd owned the car for 11 years! drag racing with it since he got it.
thanks for all the support in the loss of my friend
