Remember you still need to use the PCV check valve. It doesn't really matter where on the manifold it connects.

ummm.... yeah. is this check valve in my intake mani? cuase as far as i could tell it looked like just a hole in the bottom of my intake manifold.

i tried looking in my 82 FSM but yeah theres nothin about the PCV valve even in there. no records from what i could see..... hmmm.....

also, since i got the turbo distrib with the internal cas, thats all i need right? cause there seemed to be a diff looking cas in this FSM. idk, just s concern

the egr port in the bottom of the mani is 3/8 npt. you can get brass plugs at any parts store, or spend the double and get a anodized AN fitting.

ok so

#1 nismo, i looked at my stock exhaust mani, its square ports as well, so sit on it. lol still appreciate the help though

#2 the turbo distributor is MUCH MUCH different than the NA. the bottom where the distributor shaft mates to the rotating shaft in the engine, ARE COMPLETLY DIFFERENT. however with my steady hands a drill a wizz wheel and a carbide cutting bit i was able to manipulate it just perfectly so that it actually mates perfectly and may be 4 degrees off, but nothing i cant fix with adjusting the timing.... so i got the bitch in rotat teh crank shaft watched the dizzy turn with it, ALL IS GOOD!!!!! lol. i just hope it holds up. i noticed a pin in the heads though that looked like they could be puched out so i coulda switched the heads and no mod neccessary, but i tried and couldnt get that pin out for the life of me.

Ah yeah... I forgot to say that you need the turbo distributor driveshaft too. :D Hopefully you have the dizzy lined up correct for TDC. I actually can't wait to see how this motor turns out. :D

Just gotta drop the oil pump & swap them. I don't remember if the oil pump side is different tho.

... It's gonna be a monster...

For the 6 minutes and 17 seconds it actually survives after start up before it suffers a catastrophic melt down?

:)
