Turbo Coil

Turbo Coil
Is there a direct replacement.
After looking at the FSM specs.
Primary Ohms should be 0.63 to 0.77
Secondary Ohms should be 7.0 to 8.6 K
Im getting 1.4 Ohms on Primary / 7.9 on Secondary
Primary looks to be almost double.
I have 3 turbo Coils that I pulled of junkers, and all of them
dont even come close to Factory specs.
Would this make much difference, Because it seems like when Im pushing the car hard, it seems to want to start breaking up a little towards the top of the RPM range.

ohms on a coil mean nothing except at least you have continuity. hook a plug up to the coil. make and break 12 volts and see if you get spark. if you don't know what all that means take electricity 101 and learn how a coil works. no car likes being pushed to the redline for a long period.

So as long as I can read continuity through the coil, no matter what that happens to be, then all is good, OK.......... sure got you. Out of spec means nothing. Let me throw this FSM out the window.
I meant top of the Gauge, not range, around 4500, it starts breaking up a little.
Thats why I thought maybe the coil was breaking down.
