question..

Ok so I just started diving into my rebuild project, and I start taking my baby apart...and it's the first l28 I've worked on, so, besides the bolts on the top of the intake manifold in sight, where are the other ones? It feels like it wants to come off, but I can't see any other fricken bolts holding it on, I'm assuming there are some under neath? someone help. Sorry for the iggnorance, but gotta learn.

Remember to disconnect the EGR tube too or you could end up twisting it out of position, and then it's even harder to line the manifold back up when you put it on then it already is.

Those bolts can be a tough find the first time around. What I did was take a Sharpie and make a mark on the valve cover directly above where the bottom bolts are, that way when I go to put them back in, or next time I gotta take it off, I'll know exactly where to find them.
