Power steering tensioner pully

Does anyone have pics of how this pulley goes in? I have several washers and spacers but the PO had it in wrong. I searched through the FSM but there is nothing.

Search my posts (or the Haynes manual / FSM in the maintenance section?). I've posted a scan of the Haynes manual belts diagram before. I would re-post it, but it's on my photobucket account which I can't access at work.
