So it that time of year again when the government owes me money, so I am getting an exhaust put on. I'm a fan for exhaust that sounds mean and is loud. I have done my searching and the 2 mufflers I like the most are the AEROTURBINE 3030 and the APEXi N1. I just want ya'lls opinion on which you think sounds the best. I have a 82zx turbo 5 speed. If neither of these sound any good I am open to suggestions. I like the V-8 sounding more then anything. I found 2 clips on youtube. 1st is the Aeroturbine. 2nd is the Apexi n1

Both sound great... of the two I like the Apexi sound better, but I hate the rice-rocket look. If you can tuck it better than that guy, I'd say do it.

I can't remember if I had my removable cat installed for that vid... it's louder w/o it. I usually keep my boost at 10psi unless I'm at the track or feel like playing in traffic (not that it matters in neutral though... you'll never get above 1-2psi rev'ving). I have a XSTurbo? RFL BOV.

 

Where did you get you RFL BOV? Is it a universal BOV or specifically for the 280zx? If its possible could you tell me where you got it, and the item number if you have it? I'd like to get one.
