N42 motor oil

what kind of motor oil is best for my 1979 208zx N42? the label under the hood says something like "use only type C33 Motor oil" .... what the hell is that?! oh yeah, and it's automatic too, so what type of transmission fluid too?

That owners manual is pretty old. Anything between 5W20-10W30 will do you fine. Warmer you climate the higer the viscosity. As far as automatic trans fluid goes the manual just calls for Dexron Type. I've never owned an automatic so I can recommend anything for this car.
