Welcome to ZDriver!

You mean this?

http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/16-7648

There are two heater hoses going through the firewall that connect to the back of the cylinder head & water pump outlet.

First step is to buy the Haynes manual or download the FSM for free at www.xenons130.com/reference

there are two hoses from fire wall one has a 90 degree turning down to the plug put into the block the other hose runs along the engine to the water pump that it the hose that has the tee the tee is actualy upside down so the hose has a straight shot from the water pump the tee points stright up with the t stat or dump valve but no hose was atached to it

Sorry bro... I think you need to use a few periods (.) in your sentences so I can understand you.

Can you post a pic of what you are talking about?

I have a spare somewhere... might take a few days to find.

Have you checked your local junk yards to see if there are any 280zx's?

The radiator caps are rated at 12-15psi... no need to go above that.

Pull the dash and cross bar. It's easier than contorting your arms and working upside down. And we even have several "dash pulling" write ups.

The first dash pull is a little daunting but it's really not that bad. After that you're a pro and you could probably pull the whole dash out in half an hour...

Didn't you get the control valve when you went to the junk yard?

You can also buy it from Nissan.

The auto climate control water valve is vacuum controlled. The manual a/c is not:
