Exclamation Car Has Sat 2-3 Years

One of my friends is possibly purchasing a 280zx (the guy switched it to carbutration fyi) that hasnt ran in 2-3 years but the newest onwer got it to run for a minute a month or so ago. Im going down with him prolly next weekend when he buys it (im going to ask how it ran for that minute at that time). But once he gets the vehicle back home what should be changed before attempting to start? Below is my list so far, but any and all advice is really appreciated. Thanks guys,

spark plugs
all fluids
all gaskets
cap and rotor
ignition coil
check timing chain
and as far as the carburetor???

all gaskets? uh... probly dont need to go that far... i agree with plugs wires cap rotor fluids maybe coil doubt it though. check the timing and chain carbuerator may need a rebuild.... make sure its flowing fuel... and NEW gas as well... also squirt a lil oil into cylinder ports make sure everything is free'd up. adn i had other good thoughts in mind... i forgot what they were once i started typing... AFM maybe... make sure fuel pump is working..... yeesh... oh yeah, might need to replace various electrical connectors such as those for the injectors tps etc....
