You could cut and raise the rear spring perch and then install a set of stiffer lowering springs. That would give the extra stiffnes without the drop. Or find the right height/daimeter/spring rate at A-1 and use those with the stock suspension setup.

Have u tryed rotating the front struts forwards 1-3 degrees yet. Its not alot but is really helpful for braking and downhill for street courses.

Yo, shady whats is the total length of the springs/shocks on the rears i think the j30 will fit, hmmm maybe i'll try tomorrow. They look the same spring wise, and they gotta be a higer spring rate, so yeah.

hmm, then how should i measure them, the j30's are out, the 130's are in. So i'll just take out the 130's and compare, or should i install the j30's and drive around a while.

measure the installed height of the 280zx spring, then install the J30 springs and measure their installed height. Measure ride height with both as well. That is of course if you're up to the task of changing out springs for sake of research. You'll also want to measure spring diameter BEFORE you try to swap in the j30 springs. I'd hate for you to get the ZX springs out only to find out the j30 springs wont fit the ZX spring perches

o.k dumb q, whats a j30 spring, and its only 30 minutes a side to swap a spring, you dont even need a compressor, just unbolt the top center, and jack up the car, thats the poor mans way, i have a compressor tho, if ya were wondering. ross wants 250 for front coils, and 750 for 12 way adjustible ones, i asked him aboot regular rear coils, cause shady cant afford that.

A j30 is the car i wrecked...its a four door infiniti, that has the z32 motor and such. Lsd rear diff, and some other ammenities. And the springs look exactly the same diameter, and such but i haven't measured i'm gonna go and get on that right know.
