Broken Bellow

so the right bellow on my 280zx is broken and leaking the left is also broken but not leaking. i dont want to replace the entire thing at this point. do you guys think i can just replace the inner tie rod and hope it fixes it? i am thinking that is were the leak is at. but i am not sure

they sell the seals for it seperate, they are cheap and easy to do.

download the fsm they have a procedure for checking/repairing the steering rack (I guess that is what you are talking about as you weren't very specific.

so i have been doing some research on this and its the bellow that is broken and im amusing the seals need to be fixed too.
is fsm the service manual?
the seal kit is about 60 and the bellow is around 20

heres a pic of it. both are broken you cant tell from the pic b/c the tire is turned to one side.
