Front valance

I got off track for a moment and yes some people like their cars with the original front valance look which also in turn protects the radiator from freeway debris.

What are you planning to use to fill in that bumper gap and turn signal encasings?

plan on molding the gap with fiberglass, then building off that with foam to bring it flush, then more fiberglass and body filler. if im happy with the shape, ill make another mold of that and the lower valance so i can lay it up and make it one solid peice that bolts on

That's pretty close to what I was thinking of doing. I like the sharp lip of the 30th anniversary rather than the urethane air dam which has more angle to it that what you have pictured there. The front opening is too large as well for aerodynamics. The stock rad is much smaller than what you have pictured and with an intercooler and oil cooler you still have too much of a "mouth". You'll have to close it up a bit for less drag. Other than that it's very close to what I've been thinking would be a nice front air dam for the S130.

Just curious what you would use for foam for shaping the air dam before you fiber glass it....
