Yeah you can make the ZX dash look better with a little customizing. Mine looks good with the royal blue, and silver dash vents. Of course with the analog gauges cutom white overlayed, and such, and etc......

the only seal that's actually attached to the t-top is the one between the top and the window glass, though it's pretty complicated its only about a foot long, how much could it possibly cost?

edit: $29.95 per side from Victoria British, i think i can live with that

I agree with Rubber on the dash. I don't think the ZX dash it too bad, but I agree the 240Z's dash is way cooler. How hard would it be to make a dash that looks like the 240Z's?

It wouldn't be hard to make a dash that looked like the 240Z's. No harder than making a exact duplicate. It would take a lot more time to fabricate the dash though. That part would be the difficulty. I'm sure with a little time and both dashed I could make a replica of the early Z dash that could fit the ZX. That's if I'm up to the task. It's not a bad idea though. I'm gonna open up a new thread for this since this one's all maxed out. Black said you can only have 6 pages so since this thread is still pretty active I'm gonna do that so questions and stuff can still be asked and I can still keep you guys updated.

Yeah that would be cool, to have an older Z's dash in the ZX! I have thought about it before, but I know it would be a friggin' nightmare, especially to make the old gauges work, also with the wiring. But anything can be done, I just figured I would wait until I have an older Z. Then I will have my old school dash.

Could always upgrade to autometer gauges. THey make speedos and tachs to fit in dash that are pretty close to what came in the Z.

Yeah you could, but I am not much into aftermarket gauges.
