Anybody every seen this Auto Power Window option on a ZX (other than in the commercials on the FSM disk)? If so, what year 280ZX was it on?

I've Got That But Not Installed On To My Other Car Yet... They Wired It Backwards Though. When I Push Down The Window Goes Up On The Passenger Side And Visa Versa. The Auto One Is Supposed To Work On The Drivers Side Only But Alas It Makes The Passenger Auto Move!!!! I'll Have To Fix That One Of These Days.

Wasn't it also on the 1980 model? Or at least the Black Gold 10th Anniversary edition?

I don't know which model years it came on now...some are saying 79 only, some are saying they have it on their 83's (on another board), now it's possibly on an 80? I've just never seen it on ANY model...that's why I asked. I tried looking it up on the microfiche and it doesn't show as a different or optional part. That was the whole reason for asking to begin with, to see which year car I could steal it from.

It was an option on 79's... and maybe some 80's for the USDM 280zx's. THAT IS IT... case closed.

My '80 JDM Fairlady has the same as that pic. Actually I'd prefer manual winders, the electrics are going to make the partial rewire job harder.

i got it, mine is a 79 gl model, but my parts early 80 had it. so maybe it got phased out early in 80, or someone wired it in? my 2 82 dont have it, i find it soooo handy to have
