OPENING up front grill of a 280zx

I have seen a few later models 260Zxs with there ft bumper cut open so it looks like a earyer 240Zs
was it hard to do and what is holding up the lower spoiler section.
I have a pic of the open grill on a 280zx in my garage pics.

ALSO HOW the heck do ya put up pics on the list forum it says img but I cant fig or to tired to get it right

You copy, and then paste it into your post, and type the img's in the beginning, and the end of the link. Anyway go to how you normally post a message, and then paste the pic links in there with the img tags. Hope that helps, I had trouble before with it, but now it is easy for me.

There's nothing attached to the bottom of the front bumper. Everything under the bumper is attached to the sides not the top.

I'm not sure how a sectioned 280ZX front bumper would look...

mine looks similar to that, but doesn't have the front lip like that, looks really good, my front end likes to float at high speeds, means i just need to lower and get new shocks on it.

the front bumper and all that stuff only keep the car ojn the ground while running the way you want to run--fast--without the ground effects, other things hsppen that are not easily controlled. think about that before the grouynd effects are removed---

You have a picture of a 280Z, not a 280ZX in your garage. The front end on those cars is completely different. All they did was remove the front bumper for that pic and add the air dam.

1975-78 280Z
1979-83 280ZX
