Welcome to the site. please try to punctuate a bit more, as it is difficult to read run-on sentences.

if you have the help go ahead and try to save the s130 if you can. love the z's but its getting sad seeing s130s sent to the yard bc of rust. granted huge amount of cancer is just a money pit but iv seen some nasty s30s fixed that i would have to think really hard on. you can buy floors and what not. finding a decent body s130 is not that hard to find. or throw that engine in a 240sx >_< if you plan to trash the body.

I got an entire parts car, i`ll sell you parts cheap. Interior good, have a keyed ignition. I`m not willing to cut it up just yet, has a good looking carpet kit in tan, and leather seats in same color with no tears or cracks. PM me and let me know what you need, I`ll give you prices.

Where are you located.

My 3 suggestions (in no particular order):

#1... Restore the car. The rust isn't all that bad... I've seen a lot worse.

#2... Pull the motor & swap it into a convertible S13 240sx... then you can have the best of both worlds.

#3... Part out the car & sell me the cylinder head.
