Glove box parts

CAN ANYONE HELP?? I AM TRYING TO LOCATE A GLOVE BOX LATCH FOR MY 79 280ZX, I HAVE THE LOCK, BUT JUST NEED THE LATCH.

Are you talking about the metal part that mounts in the box that the lock goes behind or through? I have a parts car, thats an 83, probably doesnt matter, and if i have that part, you are welcome to it. There is only one problem...... With all the bridges, I dont know which one you live under..... lol.....
