1982 2+2 heater fan

I just bought this 2+2 and the main issues I have are only 2. I bought this little lady in NC and drove it home to MO with no major problems. The big thing is the heater blower is not working. I turn on the switch and I hear the relay by the blower motor is clicking. I checked to see if there was voltage at the blower and of course it was ZERO. (I connected a power source to the blower and it works) Has anyone an idea as to what may be happening?

Number 2 is a minor issue. I can hear the voice module working if you are right next to it. How do I connect it to a speaker to be able to hear it (Wire colors)?

One more favor. Does anyone have the vaccum connections for the heater controls?

The only rust on the car is of course, the floor pans which I have new ones for it.

Thanks and have a great day.

Sounds like a fuse for the blower...

Buy a Haynes or Chilton manual & trace the wiring diagrams for the speaker wires, and vacuum lines. Those manuals are very good to have.

There is a tube fuse right on the bottom of the blower motor itself. some people miss that one.

the vaccume tube system for the heater is very complicated and often does not work well. You'll need to pull the dash to fix it anyway. If its all hooked up still, Just replace each hose one at a time.

Thanks on the fuse. It is open. Doesn't look bad but shows open when ohmed out. Unfortunately the vacuum hoses were already unhooked.
