Zcar questions??
Whats up? Right now i have a 94, 6 Speed Z28, which i am thinking about selling for a 280zx. I am thinking it will probobly cost around $3000 for the car so that would leave me $4000 to mod it. Now I hear these cars can be realllly quick is the reason i want one. What type of mods "motor swap, etc..." and what type of prices would I be looking at for what type of quarter mile times, but also keep it as my daily driver. Thanks for any and all help.

If you want a car that will get you the quick 1/4 times then stick with a 240 and not
a 280ZX. The 240 can get down close to the 2200 pound range and they have kits
that you can bolt V8's in them. You can also turbo them using 280ZXT parts. Expect
high 10's low 11's with a decent swap into a 240.

there are heaps of engines you can swap in .... nissan Rb serries Toyota 1jz and 2jz ... nissan SR20DET... and V8's but i dont know much about V8's ... use the search fucntion as there is heaps of info on this subject ... also try hybridz.org
