You'd have to ship the bumper(s), but I had the front and rear (stock) from my '78 replated by Walker Custom Chrome in Shasta Lake, CA, and the results were gorgeous.

I took the rubber pieces off of mine, as several of them were broken anyway (I'm replacing them) and I'm doing an entire disassembly and restoration of the car. Here's a thread where I posted the prices and particulars, and even a photo of one of the bumpers when finished (not a great photo, but you can get an idea):

Shipping was a big percentage of the cost, so you might be a bit better off than me. Also, I had an extra dent or two, which added another $50 or so for the straightening. They use triple or even quad plating, and the difference really shows. If you're keeping the bumpers (I like them, though I'm probably the only one on this board who does), and the rest of the car is in great shape, then sub-par chrome stands out really badly. With the rest of my car as a whole, I'm glad I spent the money to get a top-notch replating job, even though it's completely unrelated to performance.
good luck,
Dave
