i was planning on doing the same swap, all you should need to do is, swap the oilpan with the one on yer block already. the skyline6 has the bulge too far forward..
the exhaust manifolds on the skyline6 should work fine, and the motor mounts should bolt right up. but if you plan on using a 6speed tranny you may need to get yer driveshaft shortened.
good luck

burst your bubble
This is probably the greatest swap you could ever do except for one thing, well alot of things. Should you take a chance that an 8 year old racing engine and trans such as an RB25 with 30k plus miles on it has been driven without being raced? What about the last 5k miles when the owner knew that the engine had to come out anyway? How would you drive it if it was yours? Personally, I would drive the **** out of it! It's not like you can go down and get a new set of rings or bearings or even a clutch for it at the local Nissan dealer.
Be careful who you buy it from. I've seen ads where they claim that the engine has been compression and leak-down tested but they don't tell you the exact results. A 30 day warranty? How long do you think it will take to do the swap? The warranty is to "run" not smoke the tires in third! My guess is you will put another 4k on top of what you already paid. Do your homework first. If you suceed please let us all know.

The RB conversion requires engine mounts from a 200ZR to bold up to the 240Z crossmember and the sump will also need to be altered unless you can find a patrol or A31 cefiro sump. I'm 90% sure if you use the front half of an R33 skyline driveshaft it will fit up to the R200 with those mounts (right length). You dont want the six speed as they are from a 4wd gtr and have a transfer case on the front ... .way too much weight and expense .. the Rb25det 5 speed has the same gears as the GTR gearbox anyway .. (older 5spd GTRs 32-33)
Don't forget when you do such a conversion you need the brakes ecu, suspension and fuel system to support it. I have seen an RB20DET conversion using standard zed brakes and an R180 dif and it had its plate full trying to stop ... but damn it was quick !
I just recently saw a 280ZX with RB20DET conversion run 13.3 with stock turbo.
It all depends how you want to go about it too.... I do live in australia and i know it is way easier to get RB parts but ....
I bought an RB25DET motor no turbo that got cooked and has 2 cracked rings, and im going to do a complete rebuild;
forged pistons, balanced, molly rings, better rods blah blah blah
and its going to be putting out 350-400rwkws
so if you use all aftermarket gear on it probably wont be as bad for parts then.
