I'm selling my 280zx. I live at my parents house and their garage just sucks. There's never room in it for me to do any work, so I'm quitting on the thing. The car has just been sitting in the garage with a pile of junk on the other side of it making it to difficult to do any work on the thing. The motor and tranny is good on the car. It would make a good swap to anyone that's interested.

Man if I had the room, and or extra money. And you weren't so far away, I would jump on it in a instant. Considering the slicktops are rare as it is. Don't you know anybody, than can help you out, to use their garage and such? I really hate to hear you giving up on it. But I can understand, how you feel. But if you could give it some more thought. You might maybe change your mind, or figure out how to keep it. Good luck to you either way bro'

 

I wanna keep it, but I'm unemployed right at the moment. I just got a job interview, but it'll be a couple weeks at least until I get my first paycheck. My friend has a garage I can use. it's going to be a shame too. Because I bought some really nice prelude seats for it, some headers, 240sx throttle body, an msa aftermarket bumper, and an n42 intake manifold. I also had plans on installing a new cam, but I guess this is all going to have to be postponed. When I have money saved up for a z that wont need any body work I guess I may purchase another one or get a loan for a fully restored one. My friend with the open garage also wants to get started on a project on rebuilding an engine for his vw bus.

I have an 86 200sx right now. I guess I may start working on that car, but man the thing is kinda ugly imo. It's still a rwd sports car though. Kind of an odd car. The suspension is like a mix of 280zx and z31. The rear unfortunately is z31. I think that'll make upgrading suspension on the rear a little harder
