OIL PRESSURE 10 psi!!!!
i explained weird last time sorry. i have an 81 280zx non turbo. i took it to a car shop and he hooked something up(manual pressure gauge i guess) and said it was still reading 10 psi WHILE DRIVING... i have also been using alot of coolant. i would put coolant in at least once a day. all these promblems happened at once. try to help me out i just got the car in june with 65000 org miles

Did you test your cylinder compression ? If so what
numbers are you getting ? Remove the oil cap and look
on it and down in the valve cover for a brown milky looking
foam. Also is the coolant discolored in the radiator ?
You might have a blown head gasket.
Also are you blowing alot of white smoke out the tail pipe ?

I second that idea... blown head gasket between oil and water jacket... maybe also including one or more cylinder walls. If you replace the gasket now, your engine might be ok and not suffer further damage.
