P90 Pressure

P90 Pressure
I need to know. Will a P90(not A due to hydro valves) withstand a comp ratio of 17:1(about 600PSI) unboosted. This is of course with larger ARP head studs and all metal head gasket.

It'll be fine, but with only 4 headbolts per cylinder, the likelyhood of the headgasket not failing is slim to none. 17:1 is unnecessary anyways. my dad's 9 second racecar doesn't even have that much (and it'll be in the 8's with not even that much compression)

Jet fuel is diesel anyways, just a higher grade. yes it's for a LD28 project. Yes they have iron heads, i'm workin alot of the details useing CAD. Every diesel mech i've talked to and looked at a L-series head says it will hold just fine. but then again they have not used these heads. So i wanted ya'll opinion. I do plan on boosting it. but first i want it running N/A

I have been talkin to Hybridz Z for a few days now. We have com to the conclusion that building this from a N42 instead of a LD block will be the best way to go. How say you?
So as far as Hybrid goes.
N42 block
P90 Head Modified as i spoke of before
Cummins 5.9L N/A Injection Pump.
Mild Turbo Cam, or Retarded Stock Cam
Stroker Crank-although i think i might be able to build a shorter stroke from a regular crank.

lol. oh yes, imagination.... i guess if you already got all the parts lying around it might be fun, but if there was supposed to be a functional purpose behind it or perform good idk, then its pointless haha.
