Hey everyone, new guy here. Excited to be on here and I'll give a little background. I'm 22, moved to Scottsdale, AZ about a year ago from southern IN. I recenetly landed an amazing job working at Pinnacle Nissan as a sales consultant and have already been enveloped with old Datsun z cars by some friends at work. Now, I'm looking into getting one as a little side project car (I have a 1988 bmw 325e as a daily). I would like to get some feedback from the members on here to get first hand experiences and what their overall opinion is. Also, what I should be looking out for when buy an older z other than the typical body rust and mechanical issues.
Thanks guys.

Welcome to ZDriver!

Are you looking for a specific model / year (240Z, 260Z, 280Z, 280ZX)?

We have a 280ZX checklist that mostly applies to the S30's as well:
https://www.zdriver.com/forums/240z-...pection-16386/

Check our classifieds as we usually have a few cars for sale.
And you can download all FSM's for free at XenonS30

I worked at a Nissan dealer back in 97-00... fun times, and made friends w/ the Nissan master mechanic.
