hi im new to the forum i just bought a 76 280z car was a one owner nice condition but ran like crap do to lack of maintenance and bad gas from sitting ive done a complete tuneup new gas fuel inj.cleaner she runs beatiful but it has a hick up while accelarating do the mass air flow cause trouble like this or should i look at tps. any help would be nice

I have a 76 as well... it's a good year.

These cars don't have MAF's (mass air flow sensor) the have AFM's (air flow meter)... just to clarify. And yes, the AFM and TPS could be causing the problem, along with a clogged fuel injector, bad or corroded sensor connection, spark plug arc'ing / grounding, etc.

When you say you did a "complete tune up", what did you do?
