I am going through the process of installing a T3/T4 turbo at the moment and decided to put in an external wastegate ( 80's Audi turbo) too. My problem is that the old internal wastegate has only one line that connects to it, whereas this external one has two. What do I hook up to which line? Plus the line that connected to the old wastegate splits into a "y". Do I have to keep them teed together for the external wastegate or do I line them separately and run them to the wastegate? Thanks for any help.
