EGR Tube Nipple Help Needed

I have been looking for months for a new EGR tube nipple/adapter and nobody has one or makes one. As you can see in this photo one end is broken off. It should be the same length on both ends. Intake is for N47 head. Threads are two different sizes. I can't just block it off in CA. If anyone has a better solution let me know.Right now I just shoved it in the hole and used muffler cement. Once I put the engine in and start it up I'm afraid the cement might not hold.

So you can't block it off, but you blocked it off?

I'd go the pipe cap route rather than stuff the hole with muffler cement. If you do it right, the tube should be at the cap and no one will notice.

No, I didn't plug the entire hole with the cement. I pushed the nipple into the hole and put muffler cement all around the threads to seal it against the hole. It setup pretty hard and doesn't look like it will leak, but in time I'm thinking vibration and exhaust pressure will wear on it. I'm sure someone has one of these and might be able to get it out of an intake using an impact.
