Cold Run problems, still stumped..

Yea, ive been trying to diagnose what is causing my car to run(not run rather) when the car is cold or in the first ten minutes of running. I have noticed that it often does not matter if it is warm, but it must have been running for over 10 minutes. After the 10-15 minute low period, the car runs great however. This problem has been occuring for almost 3 months.
Cylinder head temp sensor: pulled it off while running, and the car stalled.
Plugs: installed ngk plugs a month ago "non resistor".
Wires : Borg Wagner installed a month ago with plugs.
I checked most connectors for corrosion and used dielectric grease.
Any ideas for a solution???
Hopefully ill get this fixed within the next year heh
thanks again guys
Also, can you replace rear wheel bearings with basic tools or do you need them professionally done?
