Hello everyone! My name is Marco, im new to the forum. Im looking to buy a 240/260/280Z. Im new to working on datsun's but im mechanically savy. any advice about buying Z's would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

 

what i like to look for on z's before i consider buying one.. the first thing is always the rust, usually most common areas that ive found to be a rust issue, is..

-frame rails, rear quarters, under battery tray, subframe, rockers, and sometimes the fenders, and rear hatch.

- mechanically wise, i think you will have alot of fun with any z car.. they're very friendly to work on as they are very accessable to work on just about any part in the car...
