You need some tools.
You can use the 77 Z's exiting transmisison and driveline. Bolt in the 280ZX turbo block/head. Hook up all the wiring, fuel injection, fuel pump, and computer from the turbo Z into the 280Z. Set it up just like it was in the 280ZX. Its not all that hard to do. It just depends on how clean you want things to be or how much you want to modify the engine while you are doing the swap. If you just drop it in and hook things up, the hardest part is making sure you hook up all the electroincs correctly.
